You claimed it was available online when I placed my order and you processed my payment, then confirmed the delivery. After that, I got a message saying it’s out of stock and can’t be ordered.

"Just what I needed, and super easy!"
Ordering the item I needed online was a breeze. Turns out, the product was out of stock, but I got a call from the company within about half an hour letting me know it might take a few weeks to get it sorted, which was totally okay with me. They quickly sent over the product specs I asked for during the call. The item showed up in perfect shape. Now, I just gotta install it.

You want my thoughts, but the shipping you mentioned is set for 4 weeks. Wouldn't it make more sense for me to share my feedback after the order's done? Feels like a total waste of time for both of us. Let's just say things are alright so far. You've got my cash, but I haven't seen anything yet. Not exactly the best way to handle business... but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything turns out fine...
